When collecting, storing or processing personal information
about someone we follow the rules set by the Data
Protection Act.

When dealing with confidential information, for example
information about people who use services, we follow a code of
practice.

We prepared this code of practice as required under Section 141
of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act
2003.
We will review the code at least once annually. The next
scheduled review is April 2008.
