This is what to do if you are being abused or neglected. Or, if you know someone else that is

You must tell one of these people:

  • Someone at your local council
  • The police
  • The Commission for Social Care Inspection.
    We will work with the social care service and the police to look in to the situation

Don’t be afraid to tell someone about abuse or neglect.

  • Many people are afraid to tell someone if they have been abused or neglected. Or if they know someone else that has
  • If you do tell your local council, the police or the Commission for Social Care Inspection they will work to make sure you are safe
