Your views matter because we want to know what is good about care services and what could be better.

We tell the Government what people have said to us so that it can make the right kind of changes.

We aim to:

• make sure that all services, wherever they are in England, give a good standard of care
• involve people who use care services in doing our work
• make sure we listen to what people say about care services.
