The diversity of our staff
We have a specific duty under the Race Relations Act to monitor
details about our staff with regards to their ethnicity.
This information is published in our Equalities and diversity
monitoring report :
Covering ethnicity, gender, age and disability, the report
provides a breakdown of the our workforce by directorate,
region/location and grade.
The report says how many staff:
- are employed by us
- apply for employment, training and promotion
- receive training
- benefit or suffer detriment as a result of our performance
assessment procedures
- are involved in grievance procedures
- are the subject of disciplinary procedures
- leave our employment.
