Inspecting for Better Lives - Delivering Change is the follow up
to the first draft of Inspecting for Better Lives published last
year. The first document set out our ideas to modernise the way we
regulate social care services. 4,000 people gave us their views on
this document and over 70% said they supported our ideas.
The new document, Inspecting for Better Lives - Delivering
Change, explains what we plan to do to put our ideas into practice.
And it says what improvements we will be introducing as a result of
the feedback people gave us.
